Role Overview:
The AM/Mid-Day Surgical Packs Volunteer plays a vital role in ensuring that our veterinary team properly sanitizes and prepares surgical instruments. This position involves cleaning, wrapping, and organizing surgical instrument packs to maintain a sterile environment for procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Sanitize and properly handle surgical instruments.
- Wrap and prepare instrument packs for future surgeries.
- Operate the washing machine to clean surgical tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
Requirements:
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, structured environment.
- No prior experience required—training provided!
