Special Events - Santa Paws Fun Run

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!  

Event:     Santa Paws Fun Run - Wenatchee Valley Brewing Co. 
Date:      Saturday, December 13th, from 9:30-1:00 PM
Where:   108 E Island View St, Wenatchee, WA 98801

Volunteers:

• Need 3-4 Dog Handling volunteers from 10:00-12:00PM:
  Arrive at the shelter by 9:30 AM to pick up your dog, and head over to WVB Co. for the event! Awards will be handed out for "Best Team Name, Best Team Theme, Best Dressed Dog, and Best Costume". An event you won't want to miss!
  • Items needed for your Adoptable Pet
    • "ADOPT ME" Vest
    • Treat Pouch
    • Treats
    • Clicker
    • Poop Bags
• Need 1-2 Registration Table Volunteers from 9:00-11:00AM:
  Arrive at WVB Co. by 9:00 AM to assist with any of the following day of:
  • POS Volunteer - Assisting us process payment for WVHS Merch (beanies, shirts, and more)!
  • Food & Beverage Volunteer - Handing out hot beverages, water and snacks to our participants
  • Registration - Assisting with registration day of
  
  
• Need 2-4 Event Assistance Volunteers from 8:00-1:00pm:
  Arrive at WVB Co. by 8:00 AM and assist the team with setting up for the event. During the event we will have you assist with other tasks and at the end assist us with tear-down.
  • Set-up/tear-down volunteer(s)
  • Trail Assistance - guide the community along the trail (like the half way mark for those doing a 2k and not our 5k)
  • Santa Photo Assistance

Wenatchee Valley Brewing Co. will be hosting the third annual WVHS Fun Run on December 13th, join us for Santa Photos, great food and community fun!
