This class is taught by our behavior consultant, her name is Megan and you may know her from the community through her business Speak Fido Dog Training!
Megan hosts these classes to allow volunteers to learn the basics. During this workshop you will learn things like:
- Canine Body Language
- Taking dogs in and out of kennels
- Training techniques when walking a dog
- Talking about materials featured in Fear-Free training
- Go over leash handling and more!
This class is required to join or continue in our canine program.
