- The Shelter Support – Front Office Greeting & Help volunteer plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, clean, and organized environment for everyone who walks through our doors. This position serves as one of the first friendly faces clients and visitors encounter, helping ensure a positive and compassionate experience at our animal shelter.
Key Responsibilities:
*Warmly greet clients, adopters, and community members in the front office
*Provide general assistance and help direct visitors as needed
*Maintain a tidy and welcoming public space
*Vacuum public areas and clean windows, countertops, and entryways
*Assist with laundry and dishwashing as needed
*Support overall cleanliness and presentation of the shelter
